Can I shop on Amazon from Bangladesh?

Yes. Many Amazon products can’t be shipped to Bangladesh directly, so we buy them for you. Copy the Amazon product link, paste it on this page, and we send you the full price in Taka. Pay with bKash, Nagad, Card or Bank transfer, and we deliver it to your door anywhere in Bangladesh in about 30 days. Amazon UK (amazon.co.uk) links work too. MyUS Import is an independent shopping service, not part of Amazon.

How much does it cost to buy from Amazon to Bangladesh?

You pay the Amazon price plus US sales tax (9%) and our 15% service charge, in Taka at today’s rate (৳130 per USD). Shipping is ৳3,000 per kg on the real weight when it reaches Dhaka, plus home delivery. Use the calculator on this page to see the full price before you order.

What is Ship It?

Ship It is for things you buy yourself from US stores. Log in to get your free MyUS address, use it as the delivery address, then add the package with its tracking number in your account. We weigh it in Dhaka and you pay only shipping: ৳3,000 per kg, ৳990 for light packages, plus home delivery. There is no service charge.

How long does delivery take?

About 30 days from the USA and 20 days from the UK, counted from the day we buy your product. You can follow every step in My orders.

How is shipping charged?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is ৳3,000 per kg on the weight we measure in Dhaka, rounded up to the next 100 g. Light packages pay a flat ৳990: up to 300 g from the USA and up to 500 g from the UK.

When do I pay?

You pay for the product when you order. Shipping is paid later, after your package is weighed in Dhaka, so you only pay for the real weight.

Are the products original?

Yes. We buy only from the brand’s own store or trusted retailers such as Amazon, Sephora and Boots. We never sell replicas, and every product is 100% authentic.

What if the store cancels my order or the item arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

If the store cancels or runs out of stock, we refund your product payment in full. If the price changes, we tell you before doing anything else. Loss or damage on the way is covered only if you added package protection (2% of the product payment) when you ordered.

Yes, anywhere in Bangladesh by courier. Home delivery is ৳100 inside Dhaka and ৳150 outside Dhaka.

Almost any US or UK online store that delivers inside its own country. A few items can’t fly, such as aerosols and weapons. See the list above, or ask us first.

What is package protection?

Accepted Answer

Optional cover you can add when you order, for 2% of the product payment (minimum ৳100). If your package is lost or arrives damaged, we refund your full product payment. How to claim: Report a problem within 48 hours of delivery. Send an unboxing video or clear photos of the package and the item. Damaged means broken, crushed or not working when it arrives. Wrong size or colour chosen by the customer is not covered. Lost means the package did not reach the customer after it left the store. We refund the full product payment within 7 days of approving the claim. Shipping is refunded only if the whole package is lost.

Can I pay in EMI?

Yes. Card payments of ৳5,000 or more can be split into 3 monthly instalments at 0% interest with your credit card. Choose EMI on the SSLCommerz payment page. We pay the bank’s EMI charge, so you pay exactly the order price.

Yes. MyUS Import is a shopping and import service based in Dhaka, with an office at Grameen Telecom Bhaban, Level 9, Zoo Road, Mirpur, open Saturday to Thursday, 10 am to 8 pm. You can call or WhatsApp 01616999199. You see the full price in Taka before you pay, we buy only from official stores, and if the store cancels we refund your product payment in full.
