What we can't ship to Bangladesh

Airline and Bangladesh customs rules decide what can fly. Not sure about an item? Ask us before you order.

Not allowed

• Weapons, knives and blades
• Aerosol sprays (hair spray, dry shampoo)
• Lighters and matches
• Anything illegal in Bangladesh

We check first

• Batteries and power banks
• Perfume and nail polish
• Medicines and supplements
• Large or very heavy items

What if the store cancels my order or the item arrives damaged?

If the store cancels or runs out of stock, we refund your product payment in full. If the price changes, we tell you before doing anything else. Loss or damage on the way is covered only if you added package protection (2% of the product payment) when you ordered.

Can I order from any store?

Almost any US or UK online store that delivers inside its own country. A few items can’t fly, such as aerosols and weapons. See the list above, or ask us first.
